When importing the Default PRO demo, a message came up saying ‘tagDiv importer detected an error. The importer will try to recover and continue to install the demo after you click ok on this dialog’.Steps to troubleshoot:-check the permissions on your upload folder;-please make sure that WP_DEBUG is set to false in wp-config.php;-Contact our support via email contact@tagdiv.com’.
The import failed and the homepage remained blank. Could you help me find out why.I’ve been through the following steps: 1. WP_DEBUG is set to false in wp-config.php(checked);2.upload folder permissions? My WP files were uploaded into a Linus server under the default /www/wwwroot/www.singleproud.com/ folder, with the 755 previlege for most folders/subfolders.

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also if you have some non theme plugins activate, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
