Error when trying to update from php 7.1 to php 7.3

I am trying to update to php 7.3 but when I chage it in my cpanel the site does not load instead get this message on the browser

When I check debug log this is what I get

Is it something to do with the theme?

This seems to be a memory limit issue. Please upgrade your memory limit to at least 256mb: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Thanks. Had to increase the memory but now there is anotehr problem there. I had posted it elsewhere before you replied. Its here
