Hello,

I het this error when I try to edit cloud template
“Errors at elements: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”

Is it possible that custom code I added to HTML block could caused?

I added two image s with a style.

Where I can find template code so that I delete added HTML code?

I searched forum and found similar question but without answer.

Thank you

Hello,

Please try to go in Cloud Templates, select the template, edit it => https://i.imgur.com/DpvZKj5.png and try to revert a revision => https://i.imgur.com/jbmCnzm.png

Hello,

I got same error on one page. I tried to revert to previous version but it didn’t help.
It is strange that same error is on every page/post template

Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

Do you have any suggestion what could be the reason and what to do?

Thank you

Hello @crodexter!

Try to enable/disable the header and footer from Website Manager to see if the error is still there and which one causes the error.
It is possible to be from a plugin conflict or from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme.
Please check the point 5 from this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hello,

I tried all suggestion. Header and footer disabled and chache plugin disabled.
I tried all steps for uninstall and install of TagDiv composer.
I disabled Ad Inserter Pro which is only new plugin I installed in last few months.

I did add some Ad Inserter Pro shortcode in template in HTML block but when I disable Ad Inserter Pro and disable chache same error happens. I would say it could be that shortcode.

Is there a way to see cloud template content in some way? In database or in some file so that I delete that shortcode?

Hi,
If the problem is only for some cloud templates, then it can be from some settings made on them, so, you can use the revision -> https://i.imgur.com/PI3wZFC.png in this way you’ll get the version before setting the shotcodes.
And in case that the problem is still persisting, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com provide wp-admin access and include the link of this topic.
Thank you!
