Error with images on mobile

Hello,

I have added to different pages images through visual composer. I can see them perfectly on my computer, however, they don’t display correctly on my phone, all I see is a white square with the name of the image on blue letters.

How can I fix this?

Hi,
If you use the mobile theme please keep in mind that the mobile theme does not use visual composer. You have to create mobile versions of the pages in the second editor. You can read more on this here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you do not use the mobile theme, then please provide a link so we can inspect your site.

Hi, thanks for your answer.

We are not using the mobile theme, actually, we’ve never had this issue before.

The images I’m refering to, is the 3 color buttons under the front grid (pink, green and purple), and also in the podcast page.

Hi,
I have checked the 3 images and on mobile they display one under the other like so: http://screencast.com/t/yzMGiD4oRe I could not find any issues with them on any device. Please try to test them on a different device.
