In major cases, that problem appears when the theme was not correctly installed! Before this migrating, we recommend making a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data and then, install the theme via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Also, for more details about appearing of this problem, please check the following topic from here ->

Now everything works fine. The problem seemed to be caused by the tag div cloud plugin. After deleting and setting up the theme once again, the trouble disappeared.

Please note that our tagDiv Cloud plugin should work as expected without any problem and also, you should not bring any issue if you are using that plugin, sorry! This is a built-in plugin which is required to be used with our theme. Please check your system status parameters, increase all of them according to our documentation, enable that plugin and check the results.
