Errors in Newspaper/index.php

Hi,

Such errors recently appeared in the logs:

[24-Jan-2018 06:34:25 Europe/Amsterdam] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/myserv/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/index.php on line 6

Attendance of my site – 30 000 per day. Every day there are exactly three such mistakes. It started after when I switched from php 5.4 version to php 5.6 version and updated WordPress to the latest version. Newspaper version is also updated.
