Extra Thumbnail Showing Up in SmartList in Post

Hello,

I am trying to follow the support guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/ for creating a Post that contains a SmartList. I have followed the instructions, however, the post is showing an extra thumbnail in each list, which seems redundant to me.

I have selected Post Template: Style 5 (and tried Style 7) and I have selected Smart List Style 2 (and also tried Style 5).

Any ideas on how to get this extra image to disappear? You can see an example of what it looks like: here.

Hi,
There are 2 issues known by us that cause this effect. One of them is the photon feature of jetpack. If you use photon, please deactivate it as it is known to cause issues with our theme.
The second case we know of is when using special symbols in the image alt tag or description. Please try to use only standard characters in those fields.
