Dear Tagdiv Staff!
We have a huge problem what must to solve please.
We have a news paper theme and it’s reached the maximum limit of server processor.
The entry process number reach the 2000 and more … this is an extremly number and the server has crashed many many times.
We switch off all plugins except Tagdiv composer and other Tagdiv plugins, but the processor usage don’t fall.
After we turn off the theme and change it to another the resource usage going down. The first time when we detect this problem the lastest newspaper update. Before, we haven’t got any big problem, but yet, it is horrible and haven’t any idea about the solution. There is the latest wordpress info:

Hi,
I believe this is the website you are referring to https://szeged365.hu/
There are a few suggestions you could try, at least the ones that are possible for you, for example https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-few-tips-for-newspaper-x-speed-high-cpu-usage-issues/
Try reducing the number of ajax pagination usage, I see you use it for quite a few blocks
https://prnt.sc/ue8eme
There are a few other suggestions in that topic you could try, and see if that makes a difference.
Thank you!
Dear Simon C.
Many thanks for your answer!
Unfortunatelly, we tried another solution to rule out the problem. So, we install a new wordpress and reinstall the newspaper theme with the TD composer components. When the process finished the cpu usage going up near to 70-80%…There was no any post, any visitor, other plugins and any pagination. That time we used the latest theme with 5.1.1 wordpress and the recommended 7.2 PHP…
Hi feppa20, if the suggestions made by Simion and the users from this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-few-tips-for-newspaper-x-speed-high-cpu-usage-issues/ was not helpfully, please send us and email and will check this situation.
Thank you for your understanding!
Dear Staff!
A high CPU connection did not provide a solution. (https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-few-tips-for-newspaper-x-speed-high-cpu-usage-issues/)
the theme is used according to the recommended settings.
Processor load is almost 100% for 200-300 users.
We want to ask for more help.

Hi feppa20, so this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-few-tips-for-newspaper-x-speed-high-cpu-usage-issues/ did not help?
What resources do you have for your website (cpu and ram) ?
Also make sure that all theme requirements are set like in this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you!
Hi!
Hi feppa20, so this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-few-tips-for-newspaper-x-speed-high-cpu-usage-issues/ did not help? – No.
What resources do you have for your website (cpu and ram) ?
CPU: 20000mhz
4GB RAM (usage 15-20 max 50%. Last server have 8 gb no usage. ram no problem)
200 process
80 ep
4096 iops
Also make sure that all theme requirements are set like in this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
we set everything based on that
There was an old server that was stronger and bigger, it was also used at 100%.
What can we do?
Thanks.
Hello !
Our suggestion is to go to full template layout and disable the standard pack plugin. All the pro DEMOS use cloud library templates meaning that they are fully editable using tagDiv Composer and also the theme will be lighter because the queries will be made only for the elements that are in the templates.
Let us know the result !
Thank you !
Hello!
We have made the requested settings!
The load is the same.
20% 0 visitors on the test page.
We have moved to our own server, this specification:
(No shared resource)
8 vCPU,
800 CPU weight, 8192 MB RAM, 2048 MB SWAP, 320 GB SSD, 6 TB network usage
I created a user for tagdiv for the test page. I enclosed it in an email.
E-mail subject: ENFX63
E-mail: laczi.ronald@gmail.com
Will you see it please?
Thanks!
