Facebook counter not working

Hello,

Admin Panel >> Newspaper >> Theme Panel >> SOCIAL NETWORKS
everything is good here, I see the number of subscribers on my Facebook page.

null

But there is a problem on the site, the counter is displayed as zero.

Hi zvonchuk, to try to fix this problem please make the follow steps:
Please remove from the theme panel the Facebook account, after that disable and delete tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social counter, then go in Newspaper > plugins and re-install them from there, then set back the Facebook account in the theme panel and check the results (you can try to remove the Facebook id and set it again).
I hope that this will help you, in case that the problem is still persisting, please make a full backup for your website and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com, provide wp-admin access and include the link of this topic to identify you.
