I have a social counter on website https://lubnianskiosrodekkultury.pl/
The YouTube counter is OK, but the facebook counter still shows 1032 fans, althous the correct number is right now 1259. Why is it so? I already tried to delete the tagDiv social counter plugin and tagDiv Cimposer plugin and reinstall them, but after reinstallation the counter still shows 1032 fans, not 1259, as it should…

Deactivate the cache plugin that you use, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.

I don’t have a cache plugin on the website, after clearing the browser cache, the problem still occurs…
I’m not very comfortable with providing you admin credentials… Isn’t there a different way of solving this problem?

Make sure you use the latest version of the theme and plugins(11.4.2).
When I’m testing on my end it is working well with better configuration of the settings.
The issue is on your install, so we need to check what is interfering there.
We require access for more investigations and make sure that there are no any changes. Any changes that we will make on your website can be done only with your permission.
