Facebook fans not showing up in Social Counter Block

I’m using the Social Counter block on my site (www.moodlenews.com). Recently, this counter has stopped showing our facebook likes. It still shows our twitter followers.

I did recently test the plugin Facebook Comments on the site. However, I have chosen not to use this plugin and it has been deleted. The Facebook likes disappeared after this test and I cannot figure out how to get them to show again.

Thanks. I use the Envato Toolkit plugin to keep my themes updated, but it is showing that I have the most recent version of the theme (I’m currently using 6.5.1). Version 6.6.3 doesn’t seem to be available. When will it be available to perform the update as you’ve instructed, please?

I have followed your instructions (FTP new theme 6.4.4, deleted and re-installed the social counter plugin, created FB app).

Now, it appears to be working on our post pages (where the social counter is a widget), but not on the homepage (where the social counter is a block added to the page). Any suggestions?

I’ve checked your homepage and the social counter works fine now: http://screencast.com/t/K5GcDMelb If you still have this issue try to clear the cache memory and test again.
Let us know how it goes and if you still can’t manage to solve this issue please provide more details.
