When I say hello to share my post on facebook, it shares the post without a picture on facebook

Hello,
I think that the problem is that you are sharing a post that does not has set a featured image.
Also, you can add featured images =>https://www.screencast.com/t/I7hIfgCy.
Make sure that the og is enabled as in our documentation form here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/, and you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
