In my website http://www.tycoonzfitness.com/ , you can see facebook social counter showing 0 like. However, I’ve 60+ likes. But at website it is showing 0 like. I’ve completed the whole procedure of app completion with security key. But the problem is not going to solve. The google plus and twitter is working fine but the problem is just with facebook counter.
Perhaps I’m missing something or tell me the use of access code that I got after pressing the ‘get access code’ button, in widgets of wp-admin. Please tell me how to get rid off this issue.
My theme and visual composer is updated.

Sorry for the delay but if there are multiple posts in one topic, it will move it’s priority in our list as we answer from oldest to newest.
Facebook changed the API system so we will release a new version of the social counter ASAP. Older app key’s created with the previous version of the facebook API system will work. It;s the newly created app keys that cannot be recognized by our plugin. Please stay tuned for an update as we hope we can release it in today’s time.

Yes, the latest version is already online adn can be downloaded. Please make sure you also remove your current social counter and install the new one bundled with the theme. Make sure you have version 3.2 of the social counter plugin.
