Facebook video – Thumbnail not showing

Hi
I recently created a video post and used a Facebook Video. When viewing the article, the video plays in the header image as expected. However, in all thumbnails the video is not displayed and only a grey placeholder is shown.

Ensure that you have correctly setup your Facebook Video according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ If the problem persists, please provide your website URL and some useful screenshots with the problem so I can identify it closer.

I have made some changes with the following FB video link from here -> https://www.facebook.com/cocacolaromania/videos/1924796920887203/ and it seems to work as expected. Try to clear all of your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page.
