I have a problem with facebook widget not showing number of likes. Twitter is working properly.
any tips? In what format should I enter link to facebook? I’ve used https://www.facebook.com/NameOfPage.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a known issue. Facebook made a few modifications that cut access to our social counter. This was fixed however as of yesterday when the new theme version was released. Please update the theme to the latest version (6.6) and also update your social counter plugin by removing it from your plugins area and installing it from the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/Zo16smkGYD2

Hello, I updated the latest version of the template, but the facebook social counter does not. What for ?
I’ve deleted the old tagDiv Social Counter and installed it again from the Theme Panel. Still showing “0” for Facebook Fans.
Cache has been cleared on both my browser and my site: http://carolinaepicurean.com Still showing “0”.
How can I fix this?

P.S. I removed my Facebook Page id from the plugin because “0” does not look good. Let me know if I need to add it again for troubleshooting my problem.

I will try to remove the plugin and install the new version over it in an hour.
Do I have to ugprade theme in order to get this plugin to work? What needs to be done to the theme files in order to get it working?

The new version of social counter comes with the latest version of the theme (6.6) You will need to update to this version in order to get the plugin to work. Please update your theme using this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Then please delete your old social counter from the plugins section. deactivate and delete files. Then please install the social counter from here: http://screencast.com/t/Zo16smkGYD2
