I tried to Loading templates, but it is can not work, I got message: “Failed to contact the templates API server.”

Hello,

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Make sure that the php version is 7.1 or 7.2 not 7.3 also make sure that the wp-memory is at list 256MB.

After us made all those settings, please try again!

The same problem. Until last week everythink OK. Today – Failed to contact the templates API server. I have done no update of the core, no plugins updates, no changes on server side… Any help?

Hi,

Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit.
From what I seen, yours are set quite well, just to make sure, please follow the guide carefully, maybe you can increase the WP_Memory_limit.

I have been investigating hard and finally found there was a temporary issue with PHP version upgrade at the hosting provider side.
