Hi, I want to update but I get the error “Unable to create directory”.
Wordpress 5, add-ons and Newspaper; none of them are updating.
I talked to the Server Company I was working with and it was necessary control.
The company replied to me;
“We did not encounter any server-related problem. You should receive information from your web design or software developer.”

It also fails via FTP (file could not be transferred).
I met again with the company I worked with and asked for a detailed study on the problem.
At the end of the study, the company told me that the error was software. As follows;
“Error reading Wordfence Firewall config data, configuration file could be corrupted or inaccessible. Path: /var/www/vhosts/orduturizm.com/httpdocs/wp-content/wflogs/config-livewaf.php”
How can I deal with this? Please, help.

Hello,
Did you have tried to disabled the Wordfence Security plugin, clear all the caches and check the results? Most likely, this problem comes from that point. Try to do this and check after the results.
