I’m trying to add a page to my main menu and when I click “Add to Menu,” the in process icon spins forever with no update. Can anyone help? Thanks.

The first thing to check would be the theme requirements, system status section

It is imperative that the parameters mentioned in the guide are configured properly. Insufficient resources can cause many issues with the theme, the plugins or other issues. If needed ask your hosting provider to increase them as specified.
If there is still a problem, use the browser inspector console to spot errors while editing/saving the menu

In some cases the server firewall or security configuration can block requests.
