Hi, I bought the Newspaper theme in Envato.
I’m installing it. When I try to activate the WPBakery Visual Composer plugin I get this error:

Please ensure that you have right installed your theme according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ To be safe, you should download again the latest version of the theme from Theme Forest and install it gain via FTP way at your side, clear all your caches and check the results.

I am also having issues enabling Visual Composer. When I click “Activate” from the plugin page, it says that the plugin “could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

Line 171 of the js_composer.php file says:
require_once $this->path( 'HELPERS_DIR', 'helpers_factory.php' );

Please keep in mind that Visual Composer has not be activated or purchased. This plugin come bundled with the theme core files and you should enable it from Theme panel->Plugin section. I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, clear all your caches and check the results.
