Hi, i use the theme very new.
i import the basis content and use the theme panel.
after that, i cant see the image and found a message:

what is wrong ? can you help me please.

Please try to make a new clean install from scratch and install the theme only with required plugins which come bundled in the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. For more information about this way, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
