Dear TagDiv,

Recently, my website appear an error message like below:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 81 bytes) in /home/songhykh007/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1780

Can you help me to solve this problem?

Hello songhy,

Please ensure that you have properly installed the theme, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme which comes bundled ith the latest version of required plugins. If you are using some untested ones, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer and install only the plugins that come bundled wit the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, after installing the theme, you should check your system status to have the right value for all parameters in order to achieve best results, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all your caches and check the results.
