Hello,

I recently navigated to Permalinks settings page, which I have never had trouble with before. But now I see a fatal error. I have tried logging out and back into WordPress, but this doesn’t resolve anything. Below is the error message:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 121110528) (tried to allocate 786432 bytes) in /home1/oafu0gqf/collabhype.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/locales.php on line 2149

Thanks,
Matt

Hello Matt,

Reset your permalinks from the panel and also, increase the system status parameters to be according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you got that error.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,

Where can I reset the permalinks, because when I click on the permalinks section of Settings, the page does not load, but shows “Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 120324096) (tried to allocate 196608 bytes) in /home1/oafu0gqf/collabhype.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/locales.php on line 613”.

As for the system status parameters I have followed the instructions and made the changes a while back, but am still having this issue.

Thanks,
Matt

Disable plugins as it looks like jetpack causing that error. Jetpack is not part of theme, so you might also want to check the support forum for that plugin. This is clearly shown as part of the error!

Hello,

You can also try to increase the wp-memory to 256mb in wp-config. Please use this guide:

Thank you!
