Fatal Error on TagDiv Composer

Hi,
After the last update I can’t more use the TagDiv Composer because I get this error:

This happen only when I try to create a New Page, in Edit all seems to work correctly
What’s about?

Hi,

So only when trying to edit new pages? Does it happen regardless of what page template is selected for the new page? We could take a look, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Hi Simion, ty for your answer.
I’m sorry, I cant send you ad admin access to my site.

However, the steps are

  • Pages
  • New Page
  • TagDiv Composer button (under the title)
  • Error as screen: Error at zones: 5(models) : 4(dom). The model does not match the content

No parent page, Template Standard, no Title, no body Text.
In Edit mode all work.

Hi,

You could begin by deactivating plugins, that would be the first step. Disable all non-theme plugins as a quick test and check if the issue is solved. Could be a plugin tat causes it – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Also if you use a child theme, try to disable it temporarily.

Empty pages shouldn’t provide such an error. Have you maybe made any modifications to the page template files directly?
