The Filter dont work

I carry out the steps indicated in the documentation ( https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/ ) but it doesn’t work, it doesn’t do the filtering.
The same if I select the option to filter by a particular category, it does not do it either, it shows other entries that do not meet the selected filter.
