i have a video in my repository (Amazon)
in featured image video is only possibile use facebook or twitter video?

Yes you can, there is support for Facebook and also Twitter videos. More about this here

Other videos will not work as featured video. You could try plugins that could have this capability and use other video sources, we have not made any tests however with such plugins. The featured videos have to be from the supported sources in order to work properly.
