featured images are not showing on mobile devices.

Hello
I Have a problem, featured images are not showing on mobile devices, this problem was not there but on desktop images are ok. What could be the problem. This is my website https://www.tawkboard.com

Hello !

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Thanks for the reply i have done as adviced, checked all the requirements and changed. i still have the same issue. the featured image on mobile is invisible but if you click on the picture holder, it opens up in a new tab. For desktop its ok… Being a new site i installed the cache just two days ago, i also deactivated the plug ins… still no change.
I have not installed any mobile theme

Hello !

On mobile at least your website is not reachable due to the amount of ads and redirects. Either you are using an ads plugin which is way to aggressive or your website is hacked. Your website is not safe for use. Please make sure that your website is secured and everything is in order. If you have not been aware of any of this I would recommend you to contact your host and fix this matter.
