I have checked you site on mobile but did not found any issues, the thumb on module is loading – http://screencast.com/t/c2jyts8wqPPi but you don’t have a featured image set on many posts, so it will appear the default image thumb please check documentation – https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
Let us know if you still have issue and also check this without any plugins active except Visual Composer, clear all caches and see if you still have this issue. Also you could test this by disabling the lazy load feature and see if it works – http://screencast.com/t/pNhXijRk

Yes we have only few featured pics set.
It’s weird because as you can see here: http://picpaste.com/image1-C71ZW44p.PNG the featured pic doesn’t appear here on my iphone and it’s the same on the android mobile of a friend.
Same with all plugins and lazy load feature disabled.
Maybe a clue: even the logo doesn’t want to show.
What do you think?

It could be a plugin conflict. I have checked your website again but everything seems to display fine. If you still encounter this error, please clear your cache and reset CDN if you use it. You can also try to disable all your plugins except visual composer.

I installed the demo and desinstalled it and I’ve now have the featured picture on each article (if set).

You can use your own image for a placeholder by replacing the images in the theme files here: http://screencast.com/t/WIIPLvUABko
Make sure you keep the same image name so the theme can recognize it.

I have the same issue. Images do not load on iOS (iPhone 6). Within in browser no problem, no matter how I size the browser image.

Try disabling the lazy load function if your site is timing out on image load on mobile. We had this issue on some iOS devices.

Deactivated caching, still doesn’t work.
Hi guys,
I’ve found the issue. On iOS the theme can’t handle german Umlaute(‘ä’,’ü’,’ö’) in file names. I’ve removed the umlaute and now everything works fine.

try the following:
– make sure, that all image file names do not have any non-ASCII characters
– turn off caching, I had issues with my hoster (Siteground) Google PageSpeed Option

there are a number of things that can affect images It can be a plugin conflict or as Johannes has found about the special characters. I see images now show up on your website so you probably fixed this.
