I’m not a new user and have been using the theme for more than 3 years now.
Recently I found that the new articles whichever I’m publishing have a small thumbnail on the sidebar. Previously it used to be in perfect dimensions. I regenerated the thumbnail, but still, it says the same.

No, they are not.
Please check the screenshot for reference – http://prntscr.com/h1woof
the thumbnail is smaller than the recommended size.
Hi,
It seems there are problems with the thumbnail size not only in the sidebar, but also in other places. The theme will create thumbnails from you featured images, they will be displayed on modules

Please try to regenerate the thumbnails like this

Clear all caching after the process is complete.
Thanks
Hi, Simon!
I did just like you said, but the thumbnails are still small.
Any help?
Hi,
Still the thumbnails are not created from what I can see. Take note of the requirement mentioned in the guide for the server configuration

Contact the hosting provider and see if the GD library for PHP is available. Then regenerate the thumbnails again, clear all caching and purge CDN files.
Thanks
