Please see below few clarification?
1.) If we add adsense code to theme panel then it will automatically added to mobile theme..??? Or collect the data from mobile visitors also?
2.) Is there any place where can add the custom code in header and footer for both mobile and desktop?? or we have to add code manually to header and footer…??

The mobile theme is considered a different theme altogether so you need to set it up from scratch. Ads have mobile ad slots in the mobile theme settings: http://screencast.com/t/iQM7Mgpap
As for the custom code, again, you need to add it once for the desktop theme in the custom code section and then add it again in the mobile theme custom code section: http://screencast.com/t/AcvoCG6o6

Please clarify?
1.) We added google analytical code for desktop but there is no option to add it in mobile theme so we have to manually add this code to header.php or there is some alternative.
2.) Please note that we are talking about adding code to particular header and footer…some codes need to be add in header and some code with are not so important needs to add in footer…..if we add code to custom them how do we know that which is going in header and footer…??? or we need to add in .php files???
1) Google analytics is a special case and will be grabbed from the desktop spot. You can simply place the code in the snalytics spot and the theme will grab it on both desktop and mobile.
2)If you require separate files added to the header and footer, then you have to add them manually in the header.php and footer.php. The mobile theme has separate files of course: http://screencast.com/t/Hm3rWFbG9T
