First I would like to know if it is possible to configure the blocks so that the images fit the content, whatever their size.

Hi,
Our theme make some thumbs for each image you add in media library -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
So you want to have more control over blocks, if is so then you need to use tagDiv Composer and you can use instead of simple block the flex blocks -> https://www.screencast.com/t/GG6JFCWT8kT
