Flash in post widget?

Hi guys, before I purchased this theme (year ago) – I used to notice a post widget that flashed in (btw, on desktop) on some posts. Its like a recommended post or link…

It comes up/flashes on screen when you’re reading a post…

I don’t know the best way to describe it, hopefully you understand the feature I am talking about??

Any help please? How do I use that feature/widget on my site?

Here is what I am enquiring about:

Sometime ago, on some of your demo posts, I’ve seen the ‘End of Page Slide In Post Box widget’ appear on a post. It slides in from the right when a reader is reading a post. You used it for a recommended post.

Hope you understand what I am trying to describe now?

How can I implement that widget on my site??
