Hi
Please visit my site http://www.AccountingCapital.com and scroll to about 50%, under section “Accounting blog” you will see headsings “Assets” “Liabilities” “Revenues” then scroll down “Expenses”, “Basic Accounting” and so on…
All the font awesome icons show on the tagdiv builder and in preview but not on the live site.
I have cleared my browser cache & WP supecache’s cache, but that didn’t work. All I remember doing was activate slider revolution & wp bakery for some reason, but they are not deactivated.
Help me sort this out.

Sahil
Hi,
You could try deactivating and removing the multi-purpose plugin. Then install it again from the theme plugins panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nSsSbMW0ia
Seems code from the multi-purpose plugin is missing in your case, that is why the icons are not displayed.
Also check the theme system status. If there are not sufficient resources, the theme and plugins functionality can be affected

Let us know the results.
Thanks
I did exactly as you said
deactivate>delete>reinstall plugin multi-purpose and now my homepage has broken!!! which is made by tagdiv composer.
My system status is all green, just updated my theme via envato plugin a while ago.
Please help, I am not sure what is happening, this is killing me..
Nothing to do with cache, right? I tried to see in icognito mode too, its same.
Please help!!
After retrying your steps word to word, 4-5times I had to improvise,
1. I uploaded Multi-Purpose plugin version 1.0 (from an old archive)
2. Luckily it worked to get my home page back in shape.
3. My homepage came back to life but the issue of font awesome doesn’t resolve.
4. There is definitely an issue with 2.1.1 M-P plugin or something around it.
5. I have attached an image for you to see so you know what my homepage looked like if i hadn’t put in M-P version 1.0.
6. see image here

7. Assist please.

So by installing and activating the latest multi-purpose plugin from the latest theme version, your homepage displays shortcodes.
That would not be possible, the multi-purpose shortcodes will be displayed as elements if the tagDiv composer and multi-purpose plugin are active.
The latest version of these plugins is this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lcFvI1FxYjr
These work properly and we made multiple tests with them. Maybe in your case there is a plugin conflict. Deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, then check again.
If there is a problem using these plugins properly, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as FTP and cPanel if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Got you,
I will now recheck versions are upto date and try that activity again.
I don’t think there is a plugin conflict because I didn’t update/add a new plugin lately and it was working fine with all the current plugins since inception.
Be right back on this.
Thanks!
Update: I now have
TD Composer 2.3 (I had an older version for this)
TD Multi-Purpose 2.1.2 (I by choice had to use 1.0 before this)
Theme Status – All Green
I see no shortcodes now, I am glad this is fixed. However all my font-awesome and other icons on home page are lost.
Have a look> http://www.AccountingCapital.com
Is there any other thing I should be checking at my end, or should we proceed with me giving you the access to backend?

Hello ahujasahil,
I have checked your website but I did not saw any problems with your icons. Everything seems to be there. Provide some useful screenshots of the problem so I can identify it. Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!

Solution: Update both the plugins as per author and then icons might go away, re-input icons and its working, wont go away either.
