But i know this already when i tried to add block and its show two (old and new one) so how to edit already old one or replace it?

Hello,
The first 2 footer styles come with predefined demo content that cannot be removed from the theme panel. You will need to use another footer style (besides 1 and 2) and then the footer widgets will be empty.
