Hello,
I’m not able to save email id in footer info content in theme panel. Whenever I add my email id the field and hit save button. The loader appear and it refuse to go and content also not saved in the database. It’s happening with email field only. Rest field working fine.
In Chrome console, i’m getting this error Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://www.holidaypost.in/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=7.1.1

Please upodate your theme to the latest version by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and also update your theme plugins by disabling and deleting files for your current plugins and installing the ones provided inside the theme package
If the problem is still there after the update, please also disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
