Footer Page Gone After Install

After installing Newsmag, my site experienced a fatal error. I logged in with recovery mode and deleted the theme and associated tagDiv plugins (one of the plugins was apparently responsible for the error). I then reinstalled the Newsmag theme, but now there is no footer page in the Pages section and no option to edit footer page in the Theme Panel. The footer shows up on the site, but there is no way to edit the content (except to choose a template or turn the footer on/off).

It appears the site has been damaged, but I can’t figure out how to remedy despite uninstalling/reinstalling the theme multiple times. What am I missing?

Thanks for your response. I still can’t figure out how to modify the modules “Latest Articles” and “Don’t Miss” which appear above the footer. It does not appear I can modify these via widgets section. How do I modify these elements if there isn’t a footer page? Thanks for your assistance.

Thanks to your directions I am now able to find and edit the “Latest Articles” section through pages section. However, the TD Composer does not give me access to editing the “Don’t Miss” block. I can edit everything above that just fine. Any other ideas?
