How do I modify the footer layout/content?
I see how to choose various FOOTER TEMPLATES in the theme panel, but am not able to customize them.

Hi,
I recommend you to use the Footer page functionality which allows you to create your own design to your footer section using the TD COmposer. You need to simply create a page which can be added to your footer section. Check the documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
