The sidebar is present in the page structure, but it seems that there are no widgets inside it. Please note that posts will inherit the sidebar from the primary category

Unless a sidebar is set for each post indidivually

If you did not set a primary category for the post, and the post has only one category, than that will be the primary category from which the sidebar will be inherited. In this case the How to category does not have a sidebar, so the post will not have one as well

Try to either set a sidebar for that category in the Theme panel->Per category settings, or manually set one for the post. Widgets can be added in sidebars in Appearance->Widgets section.

Thanks for the help Simion but still it’s confusing. I just wanted to show some posts wrapped in HTML/Text widget, that’s it nothing else.

I tried to explain the methods of setting a sidebar for posts, for different situations. There should be no problem displaying any of the available widgets in the sidebar of a post.
Create a new sidebar or edit the existing ones, and enter the widgets you want inside them. Sidebars can be created from multiple places

Then assign the sidebar you want for the post
