Greetings everyone, I am Scorefield, I purchased for theme newspaper version 12 for an existing website that has newspaper version X, I used the purchase code to activate it and upgrade it to version 12. I visit the website this morning but it shows a difference in how the theme and the website layout were constructed from the back end. in the inspection, I figured this has to be done by the theme developer. please I need help to fix this problem so the website visitor can have full access to all the pages. The Problem occurs on all devices, MOBILE, TAB, and DESKTOP.
Some things work perfectly and sometimes display differently and refuse to show all the website’s functions and features. for example, this morning it started with the same mess unlike yesterday’s website worked perfectly.
Please fix this problem. this is a website for online radio streaming, we are losing listeners with this often occur error from the theme.

Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support, then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
