Hi,
If you want to delete a row, you can delete a row with the empty column using the right click on the row icon -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw -> http://prntscr.com/owlynq or using the drag and drop -> http://prntscr.com/owlz2r or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mai7iyEG
For the sidebar, you can add a new block there and design it as you want with tagDiv Composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
