Gallery – Not working properly with AMP

Hi Support,

My Gallery pages aren’t loading properly when amp is enabled. Check screenshot here: https://imgur.com/yCZUhye

Kindly help resolve the issue. I am using the default gallery and even after i disable all plugins, couldn’t resolve this issue.

Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect the gallery and also please provide some information about how it was implemented.

Hi,

I have checked your gallery section and I noticed that’s was made via such a plugin, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Gnvccs1X4 Please notice that plugin was not tested with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if you will bring good theme results, sorry! We strongly recommend to create your gallery using the default theme functionality, like the tagDiv gallery and check the results. Notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry!

But the same problem persist even when i have disabled the plugin.

Hi,

Please notice that the gallery is not made with our theme functionality, sorry! Notice that class does not come from our theme but also from a plugin. Remove that galley and make it with the default WordPress gallery or with tagDiv gallery and check the results. Check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/

Thanks for your kind reply, the issue is now resolved after updating the amp version. I use only the default gallery. The issue was with the amp plugin.

Hi suresh,

Being untested plugins, notice that our AMP plugin has not been tested with this such a plugin, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins!
