I was able to solve the problem by changing the type of gallery, currently used “attachment page”, I changed to “media file”:

But I have thousands of posts and galleries created. I can not change each one to solve, what can I do?

The problem comes from file names, no accent, space or special character and it will work. Also Please make sure that this is not a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.

You could use “better search and replace” plugin. Backup your database and try this plugin. I’ve use this too for same issue.
