General modal image not working

Hi,

I am using Newsmag 4.2 and I found the general modal image is not working, no light-box effect even I turned it on.
I need to enable modal image one by one in the article in order to make it work.

Is there any way to fix this?

Hello enterpr1se,

Please check the general theme options from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-general-settings/ and then, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Notice that if you are using some untested plugins, some of them might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues.
