Please make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins(11.2).
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser)and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Did the Problem get solved? I got the same Problem… just stumbled upon and i can’t get it to work. Activated Modal Images, cleared Cache, checked custom css… it only works manually at the moment.

I tested on my end and it’s should work well in the latest update.
Delete and re-install the TagDiv Composer plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/
