get access token

Dear Support,
My Facebook app login is working in my site. But getting the access token for social count is not working.
What I get is this: “Please wait…”
This please wait as been there since yesterday.

What should I do to get my access token?

Hi,

It should work properly if you are using the latest version from the theme package. There was and issue with the previous version of the social counter plugin, that prevented getting the token. You can try to request the token using a different browser, or clear the cache on the browser you are using now and try again
