Getting an error when activating mobile plugin

I uploaded the main theme into WordPress, but wanted to personalize the mobile side more so I found this article (https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/) which told me to download this plugin. However, I got this error and can’t activate it

Fatal error: Cannot declare class Mobile_Detect, because the name is already in use in /home/customer/www/thejerseytour.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/Mobile_Detect.php on line 23

Hi thejerseytour, normally the above message suggest that you already have a directory with the name of that plugin, if you still want to install it again, you need to delete the plugin, normal this can be done from plugins > https://i.imgur.com/L7i9F7C.png or via FTP.

If there is still a problem, please let me know and I will take a look to this problem.
