I’ve saved the google analytics script in the themepanel > analytics tab and it is not reporting to Google when people visit my site. Can someone help? Thank you.

Please disable all plugins except visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test again. If the problem is still there please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate.

Same issue.
I paste the complete tag in the required field and after saving and refreshing the page, the tag disappears.
Kindly let me know if there is a solution or workaround for this?

This issue could be easily fixed by downloading the theme package again from themeforest and re-install it
