Google speed insights, how to fix it

Hi i am trying to get a better perform on the website but this keeps coming up

“Eliminate blocking JavaScript and CSS display the contents of the upper half of the page newsmag” I know the speed booster should do this authomatically, i´ve already check and is activated but seems not working.

Also do you recommend something to minify css and java i´ve tried some plugins but all have issues like loosing complete format, images not showing even though i change some options to stop that to happen.

To add elements to the speedbooster plugin to move to bottom, read the docs for that (advanced), right side of page.
