Hello,
I recently started using Google’s webmaster tools to check my site for SEO errors. It is showing two errors regarding the blog. they show up as “henry Markup: microsoftformats.org” referencing the blog and “missing author”. I do not have a missing Author in my blog? Does anyone know how to correct this?
Thank you!
-Jeni
Hi,
Please provide your site url so we can take a look.
Thanks!
Hi Alin,
My URL for the Blog is http://www.jenuinelyjeni.com/blog/
The Errors are showing as “hentry Markup: microformats.org”
For the following pages, /blog/ Missing: author
/blog/author/wpjj/ Missing: author
I have only written one blog so far, but plan to post another shortly. When I view the post in WordPress it does show that I am the author so I’m a little confused as to where this is coming from.
Thanks!

Hi,
@Jeni Please try to update your theme at the latest version 1.7.1 using this guide(FTP method) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/ and also update the plugins that come with the theme’s files from the /plugins folder. And then check if you still have that error.
@lospicos I have also checked your url on testing tool and did not found that issue, please provide a screenshot with the error and the url where this error appears.
Thanks!

HI Alin,
Thanks for the advise. I did as you requested and updated the site again. It is showing that all of the plugins and themes are up to date. I am still getting the same error message nothing has changed. Do you have any other ideas as to what would fix this.
Regards,
Jeni
Hi,
I have checked your site and you still using version 1.5, so please make sure that you update the theme properly using FTP method. I have also tried to check your site using google testing tool and I get the following error – http://screencast.com/t/gS9TJ6OW So please solve these issues and then check and see if you still have those errors.
Thanks!
