Had to reinstall theme/ upgraded install failed

Received this error:
Could not create directory. /home/content/60/10889760/html/wp-content/themes/Newsmag/

Please help me.

Please make sure that you follow our documentation in order to install our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ If you still can’t manage to update it from your dashboard try the ftp method https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/
