I widely used service is Mailchimp, you could give that a try. Check their documentation as to how to create forms

Thanks i get it done now the only problem i have now is when post to Twitter no image showing and 2 setting up the feed to import news.

For the feed the theme does not have any actual settings, also there were’t many tests conducted. The theme and theme blocks/grids and other elements are designed to work with and display self published content, not import and display external content.
